Educated Woman Means Educated Family.
We started this network with only two people and now it’s grown to over 200 members and counting. We have impacted the lives of over 10,000 women mostly in Scotland directly and indirectly. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of a 9-5 job or launching your own business, you’ll find a network of like-minded women ready to support and inspire you.

Boss Babes Scotland offers Professional Membership, Lifetime Membership, Corporate Membership, and Friends of Boss Babes Scotland.
Membership is by application. Interested individuals must complete a membership request form.
No. All applications are carefully reviewed and screened. Acceptance is not automatic, and applicants will be informed of the outcome after review.
Our events are open to women at different stages of their professional and personal development journey. While some events are exclusive to members, many of our conferences, workshops, and networking sessions are open to both members and non-members. Event access details are shared on our events page.
Boss Babes Scotland hosts events in various locations, including in-person and destination-based experiences. Our events take place across Scotland and internationally, depending on the programme. Full event details, including location and format, are provided with each event listing.
